Refund Policy
In case a user cancels the booking, refund will be initiated based on the below-mentioned slab:

Within 24 hours of booking start time | 100% |
Before 24 hours of the booking start time | 50% |
Before 72 hours of the booking start time | 20% |
- After deducting the cancellation charges, the remaining amount is processed to the original payment mode only.
- For cancellations made just 3 hours prior to the pickup time or in case of a 'No Show' , "No" returned.
- The refund gets processed within 3-5 working days.
Unavailability of Vehicles
- If the company cannot provide a vehicle due to unavailability (e.g., damage, accident), a full refund is processed to the user’s account.
Reimbursement
- Reimbursement is provided for minor repairs (e.g., coolant refill) up to INR 1000.
- Repairs above INR 1000 require approval from the company.
- A printed receipt with the user’s name must be provided for reimbursement.
Security Deposit Refund
- Refundable deposits are initiated within 48 working hours after booking ends.
- Any minor damages or challans will be deducted from the deposit.
